What are the Benefits of Indoor Cycling?

According to the U.S. Department of Health ".....regular physical activity substantially reduces the risk of coronary disease, stroke, colon cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure.....and helps to control weight, contributes to healthy bones, muscles and joints... reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression..." Need we go on? Cycling is also "low-impact" without the joint stress that you get from "ground-pounding" sports and activities. All good reasons to strap-in/clip-on and RYDE!

The instructor is funny, but he knows how to push you to do your best too. And his rides tend to be challenging and fast moving too. I like the relaxed atmosphere of his classes. But we work hard too! Jen W

This was my very first experience in a cycling class and I loved it. I know it had a lot to do with the atmosphere and the welcoming feeling I received when walking in. Keep it up! I will definitely be recommending RydeOn! to everyone I know! Jessica M.

Instructors are always upbeat and truly motivating. I can go into the class thinking "okay, I only have enough energy to give x% today". However, regardless how I feel, the instructor always gets the group giving 110%+. Tom S.

I really enjoy the atmosphere, the people were very welcoming, and the overall experience was more than I had hoped for. You know when you go into a new gym and you feel like the new kid...I never got that feeling here and am so thankful I found a great place to have a high intensity, low impact work out.
