According to the U.S. Department of Health ".....regular physical activity substantially reduces the risk of coronary disease, stroke, colon cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure.....and helps to control weight, contributes to healthy bones, muscles and joints... reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression..." Need we go on? Cycling is also "low-impact" without the joint stress that you get from "ground-pounding" sports and activities. All good reasons to strap-in/clip-on and RYDE!

The Things We Are Grateful For Thanksgiving 2011

When Christina and I first opened RydeOn! in October we didn't really know what to expect. We'd done our homework, of course, but who can really say how any new business is going to fare in today's economy? But even with the uncertainty that seems to surround so many of us, Christina and I knew that we still wanted to take our best shot at creating a business that we could use to share the many blessings that fitness has brought to our lives.

So we did our homework, opened our doors, and went to work.

That's why, on Friday, December 2nd, we're inviting you to join us for A Night to Celebrate the Beautiful You!, the first of our planned community fundraisers.
