What are the Benefits of Indoor Cycling?

According to the U.S. Department of Health ".....regular physical activity substantially reduces the risk of coronary disease, stroke, colon cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure.....and helps to control weight, contributes to healthy bones, muscles and joints... reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression..." Need we go on? Cycling is also "low-impact" without the joint stress that you get from "ground-pounding" sports and activities. All good reasons to strap-in/clip-on and RYDE!

"I like how the instructor talks to us throughout the ride, always reminding us where our numbers should be. I like that, it gives me something to focus on and makes me feel like I am part of the class/team. I've been to other classes where instructors don't always talk to the riders and I makes me feel like I'm out on my own. I always leave RydeOn classes feeling like I got the most of my workout!"Alyssa

"THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! You had a GREAT mix of music, it was upbeat without being offensive. I love studio, it is first class and such a asset to Saline. Your instructors are wonderful."Anonymous
