What are the Benefits of Indoor Cycling?

According to the U.S. Department of Health ".....regular physical activity substantially reduces the risk of coronary disease, stroke, colon cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure.....and helps to control weight, contributes to healthy bones, muscles and joints... reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression..." Need we go on? Cycling is also "low-impact" without the joint stress that you get from "ground-pounding" sports and activities. All good reasons to strap-in/clip-on and RYDE!

"Kelly was funny, but took our workout seriously. She was so upbeat and encouraging. I had the highest watts of the week at Saturdays class and thought there was a good mix of drills."Anonymous Ryder

The class was really great! The instructor's energy, intense routine, and great music was huge...it filled the room! I was drawn in and motivated to work harder than I expected. I loved it. My calorie count (according to my heart-rate monitor) was at the high end of my average for a class--always a sign that the instructor is doing something right!Molly S.

I really enjoy the atmosphere, the people were very welcoming, and the overall experience was more than I had hoped for. You know when you go into a new gym and you feel like the new kid...I never got that feeling here and am so thankful I found a great place to have a high intensity, low impact work out.Sarah
