What are the Benefits of Indoor Cycling?

According to the U.S. Department of Health ".....regular physical activity substantially reduces the risk of coronary disease, stroke, colon cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure.....and helps to control weight, contributes to healthy bones, muscles and joints... reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression..." Need we go on? Cycling is also "low-impact" without the joint stress that you get from "ground-pounding" sports and activities. All good reasons to strap-in/clip-on and RYDE!

The instructor makes the ride very enjoyable and the time flies. Since I started at Ryde-On late last summer I've increased my flat road by 3 and my watts by 60. I look forward to a long relationship with you! Sandy

The instructor is inspirational on so many levels and really makes me want to do my best for myself and for her. She's fun, funny and thoroughly engaging during her rides. I just love her! Not a lot of people could make me want to rise that early and work.Jen
