According to the U.S. Department of Health ".....regular physical activity substantially reduces the risk of coronary disease, stroke, colon cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure.....and helps to control weight, contributes to healthy bones, muscles and joints... reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression..." Need we go on? Cycling is also "low-impact" without the joint stress that you get from "ground-pounding" sports and activities. All good reasons to strap-in/clip-on and RYDE!

Hello educators! Whether you're a preschool teacher in Saline or a high school instructor in Ann Arbor, we know that you're getting ready for that time of year when your time is a bit more your own – and we're here to help with spinning classes to fit pretty much every schedule!teacher

During the school year the vast majority of your time is taken up with caring for others. The young people you teach, their parents, and the entire community depend on your professional excellence and compassionate heart. If you're also a spouse/partner and/or parent, even much of your time off is spent supporting your children and other people you care for.

This summer, then, why not take care of that heart of yours that does so much for others? As an educator, you probably already encourage your students to pay attention to their health and fitness. Now that you have more time away from work you have an excellent opportunity to follow those suggestions yourself.

Here at RydeOn! many of our staff are parents ourselves, and we know how much our teachers are worth to our children and our wider Ann Arbor area community.
